By accessing or using brief.pk ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

brief.pk provides a Pakistan-focused intelligence dashboard that aggregates news, market data, and public signals. Content is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in methods and for activity under your account.
One Account: Each user is limited to one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
Commercial Terms: Paid access, pricing, and availability may change over time. Any active entitlement remains subject to the terms shown at purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service or its content
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5. Billing and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once access is granted. If you believe there is a billing error, contact us promptly at team@brief.pk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, data aggregation methods, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of brief.pk. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The news content, market data, and other third-party information displayed on the Service belongs to their respective owners. brief.pk aggregates this information for convenience but does not claim ownership of such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Market data and news content may be delayed or inaccurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIEF.PK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless brief.pk and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
